Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email, including your order number in the subject line.

Once approved through email, follow the: STEPS FOR EXCHANGE found below to send the faulty item back to us. 

It is our policy that we must receive the broken/faulty item in order to be reviewed and approved by our team before any other steps may take place.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a return request for your time, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



IMPORTANT: The items returned to us must be in original condition with the original packaging and ALL tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be donated. You may NOT exchange items for a different style or color. 

Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have any makeup stains or that smell of perfume/soap.

Step 1) Email 

with Your order number as the email SUBJECT LINE. Tell us what you would like to like to exchange for and why.

IMPORTANT: ***please make sure that the size in the style and color you're looking for is available on our website! *** 

Also, please keep in mind that we only offer SIZE SWAPS!

Step 2) Once approved via email, we will provide you with an exchange number.

(If we receive an exchange without the exchange number, your package will not proceed with our process)

Once that number is received, please continue to send your return back to us with an added note, including:

  • Your Exchange number.
  • What you're exchanging for, and why.

STEP 3) Please send us with the tracking information!

*** Exchange pieces on our side will only be put on hold/reserved for 10 days after email confirmation with customer. It is your responsibility to make sure to send your exchange pieces to us within that 10 day frame. Otherwise, the pieces on hold will be re-listed on the website. ***
