Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email hello@rikaactive.com, including your order number in the subject line.
Once approved through email, follow the: STEPS FOR EXCHANGE found below to send the faulty item back to us.
It is our policy that we must receive the broken/faulty item in order to be reviewed and approved by our team before any other steps may take place.
You can always contact us for any return question at hello@rikaactive.com.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a exchange request, and once the request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. **DISCOUNTED ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
STEPS FOR EXCHANGE
IMPORTANT: The items returned to us must be in original condition with the original packaging and ALL tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be donated and your refund will not be processed. You may NOT exchange items for a different style or color.
Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have any makeup stains or that smell of perfume/soap/deodorant.
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the piece(s) before shipping out your exchange request and emailing your tracking number.
Step 1) Email hello@rikaactive.com
with your order number as the email SUBJECT LINE. Tell us what you would like to like to exchange for and why.
IMPORTANT: ***please make sure that the size in the style and color you're looking for is available on our website! ***
Please keep in mind that we only offer SIZE SWAPS!
Step 2) Once approved via email, prepare your return.
Please ensure each item is its original packaging with ALL tags attached.The items must be returned to:
*Please note, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
STEP 3) Please send us with the tracking information!
Please reply to the same exchange email thread with your tracking number, so we can follow the shipment.
*** Exchange pieces on our side will only be put on hold/reserved for 14 days after email confirmation with customer. It is your responsibility to make sure to send your exchange pieces to us within that 14 day frame. Otherwise, the pieces on hold will be re-listed on the website. ***
